The Flow-E.R. civil organization was founded in 2011 in Čantavir, Serbia. Due to changes in membership, the organization relocated to Senta, Serbia, in 2023, where it now focuses on engaging with the youth of the Senta community.
Our primary target group includes youth aged 13–19 (students) living in Vojvodina, primarily those studying in Senta. Our secondary target group comprises primary and secondary school teachers in Vojvodina. The majority of the people we reach belong to the Hungarian minority in Vojvodina, but we are open to engaging with individuals from other ethnic groups as well.
“No organization can rely on geniuses because there are too few of them, and they are unreliable. The true measure of an organization’s strength lies in whether it can draw more out of an ordinary person than they seem capable of, awaken hidden energies, and help others realize their potential. An organization’s goal is to enable average people to achieve extraordinary deeds.”

The FLOW-E.R. organization is an active participant in the European Union’s Erasmus+ program.
What is the Erasmus+ program?
In one word: opportunity! A unique opportunity, primarily for young people (but not exclusively), to develop their skills (English proficiency, teamwork, digital skills, etc.), learn about other European (or global) cultures, realize innovative ideas, and travel. And all of this is COMPLETELY FREE!
Is the Erasmus+ program only for students?
Absolutely NOT! While Erasmus+ primarily targets YOUTH and PROFESSIONALS WORKING WITH YOUTH (teachers, youth workers, social workers), participation does NOT require student status. The primary target group is individuals aged 13 to 30, but the program’s diverse activities can also include participants younger than 13 or older than 30.
How can you participate in Erasmus+ programs?
Join FLOW-E.R. as a volunteer! Our volunteers are given priority in participating in Erasmus+ programs we organize. Another option is to send us a short introduction via the “Contact” section or share your ideas with us in the “Project Ideas” section.

One of the primary goals of our association is to establish strategic partnerships with other civil organizations, educational institutions, and businesses in Vojvodina.
